Shipping Taking Longer Than Expected Typically, if a package is not delivered 30 days after shipping, we will file a loss claim with the USPS and immediately ship out a replacement order. This 30 day waiting period is specified by the USPS and supported by eBay. But 30 days is a long time to wait for a domestic delivery. Tell you what. If you have not received your order by January 25, which is only 14 days after shipping, please let us know. If the US Postal Service has not marked it as "delivered" or shown significant progress in its delivery at that time, we will be happy to send out a replacement order. Lost After Delivery A private insurance company insures our packages. Like USPS and any other carriers, packages are covered for loss or damage before delivery. Since the USPS shows that the item was delivered, our insurance will not cover the loss. Had they not shown delivery, our insurance would have covered the loss and we would be happy to send you a replacement order. Delivery Does Not Match Estimate The tracking number posted to eBay does indicate that your order was shipped on April 1, our first business day after your order, via US Postal Service First Class. Delivery estimates provided on eBay listings are just that, only estimates, and are calculated by eBay, not us, based on average delivery times. Actual delivery times may vary. Should a more reliable and timely delivery be required, we also offer Federal Express 2nd Business Day and Standard Overnight shipping methods for your convenience. Shipping After Weekend We will be shipping your order on Monday, April 22, 2019, our first business day after your order. The tracking number will be posted to eBay later on this evening (Eastern US Time). Christmas 2020 Shipping Delays We want you to know that we have received messages from multiple customers since Black Friday about packages being stuck or delayed. We have determined that there are many packages being delayed in the USPS system due to the the combination of the COVID-19 safety procedures and the increased shipping normally occurring with Christmas shopping. This is being reported by all the major news outlets. We certainly apologize for the delay and are very hopeful that the package will be moving through the USPS system very shortly. |
Shipping Options You can find shipping options for your location and desired quantity on the "Shipping and payments" tab of the listing. International Shipping Statements Import duties, taxes, tariffs and brokerage fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your Customs Service to determine these costs prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the Carrier at delivery or by eBay themselves during checkout. They are then transferred to the Customs Service or other governmental agency. They are not additional shipping charges. Customs may delay delivery of your package and this time is not included in delivery estimates. Global Shipping Program The international shipping on this item is being handled by eBay themselves under their Global Shipping Program. This means that we ship the package to eBay's location in Erlanger, KY inside the United States and then eBay ships it to the international destination from there. eBay sets and collects the shipping price and also collects estimated import charges at checkout. We only receive payment for the purchase price of the product. Package Description and Parcel Locker Possibility The package you would be looking for would be a tan padded envelope approximately 6" x 9" (15cm x 23cm) in size. If this package would not fit into your mailbox, the mail carrier may have left a key in your mailbox which opens a larger parcel locker in which you can find your package. Refund with Condition of Return We are willing to provide a full refund of the order that is currently in transit to you with the understanding that, upon receipt, you are to contact us so we can provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label to send the order back to us.
