Initiate a Return in Amazon
When you sign into Amazon, hover the mouse over “Your Account” then select “Your Orders” on the menu that appears. Find your purchase in that list, then click on the “Return or replace items” button to initiate the return.



Waive Restocking Fee with Purchase
We can accept the incorrect memory back for refund with a 15% restocking fee. HOWEVER, if you do purchase the replacement memory from us (specifically DATARAM in the list of sellers in the listing) by the time we process your return, we will gladly waive the restocking fee on the purchase price of the returned product.
